This is a good instrumental to be put in your A.S.M.R. rotation. I listen to this track, 8 times out of 10, after a workout and/or when I'm in the massage chair w/ the volume lower than I would normally play it. It helps my brain focus on...NOTHING, especially when I focus on just my breathing & NOT the other one trillion things I have going on
